Hello Aliens .
Today , Walou . Unlucky .
Sprain my right foot .
Hurt and swollen right now .
Freak , long time never had such great pain .
Woke up at 7.10 , Prepared and left home for int to meet up with xinyi and cheng yan .
Took 900a to Geraldine house to meet up with all of them ,
Walked to school , Chatted alot .
Reach school , Stroke and after my match ,
Me and cheng yan walk out of the sporthall .
Saw coach . OMG
Then , Training starts . OFFICAL TRAINING [:
Did some double training .
And went to do Physical ,
Foot work and pumpings .
Did the back footwork .
Jump and sprain . HAHA

Rested and went geraldine house after training .
Me and cheng yan go wash our heads .
Ahhhh ! so fun .
Slacked and found out that 2012 is fully booked and cannot watch .
