Tht day was NAPFA And my sis bday.
When NAPFA started , I Felt Excited. donno why.
the 1st we did was incline pull ups.
i did 10 then i let go my hand say i don wan do liao.
i forget got timing and cannot redo.

then went Standing Broad jump.
175-176 cm. 1st time so far.
Then sit ups! did 38.
FINALLY sit and reach. Walou.
Hard siol. but i reached 40.
On my way home , saw my mum and the bus stop
then acc her go CWP but things. then she bought a bag for me.
MY DREAM BAG!! WOHHOO!! I wanted to buy the CHECK bag but she bought it at other shops T.T My BAG! After buying the things we need , Went to eat Toast box.
Then go home liao
Bath rest then change shirt go AMK hub to meet my auntie they all.
Went to eat pepper Lunch!! my fav.
i ate Shimofuri Pepper Steak. OMFG.
Shiok Shiok yummy Yummy.
then sand a bday song and eat the cake.
then took a 7 seater cab.
OMG its like so nice la. so diff from wad i sat last time.
Reached home around 10+ then went to sleep :D
Today , 29 May Friday.
When i woke up , i felt unwell and HEAVY?
then told my mum and she called me to stay home and rest.
When i woke up , help my mum to send a Email for donno wad,
then she left for work and i use com all the way till now.
